MICROAPPS SOCIAL MANAGER
Privacy policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Microapps provides small software tools, including a social publishing workspace that helps authorized page owners draft, schedule, and publish content to connected social accounts. This policy explains what information the service uses and why.
Information we use
When you connect a social account, we receive the account and page information that the platform makes available for the permissions you approve, such as your name, page name, page ID, publishing permissions, and basic engagement insights. We also use the content, images, schedules, and settings you enter into the workspace.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your connection, show the pages you manage, publish the content you request, schedule posts, display publishing results, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information or use connected-page data for unrelated advertising.
Storage and sharing
The self-hosted Microapps Social Manager is operated by the administrator who installed it. Access tokens and workspace data are kept in that installation and are shared with a social platform only when needed to perform an action you request. We do not share your information with data brokers.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page performance across Microapps websites. This helps us improve the tools and does not give us access to your document contents or connected social account data.
Your choices
You can disconnect a social account from the workspace at any time and revoke the app’s permissions from that platform’s settings. You can also ask the Microapps administrator to remove stored account, page, post, and token data.
