MiicroApps provides small browser-based software tools. This policy explains the information used by this website and its tools, including the limited analytics described below.

Retired Social Manager

MiicroApps Social Manager was retired on September 23, 2026. MiicroApps no longer offers a hosted social-publishing workspace or asks visitors to connect social accounts through that product. Retiring its public website does not establish that historical records or backups from a former installation were deleted. If you used the retired service and want us to review data that may remain, contact us using the details below.

Browser tools and your files

The MiicroApps tools are designed to process your working documents and files on your device. The website's analytics described here do not include document or file contents.

Historical Social Manager data

The former Social Manager was self-hosted. We have not verified whether data or backups from every former installation still exist or have been deleted. If you previously connected a social account, revoke the old app's access in that platform's settings to prevent future access. Revoking access does not itself delete historical records. See the data request and deletion page if you want us to review information that may remain.

Website and product analytics

This website loads Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. First-party events are sent to the MiicroApps Growth Monitor at monitor.miicroapps.website. Main-site page-view events contain a fixed route path and site label; they do not include query strings, the referrer, or a persistent visitor ID. When a MiicroApps campaign tracking link is used, its click can also be associated with the app, platform or source, and campaign label carried by that link.

Optional email updates

If you choose to sign up and tick the consent box, the relevant form sends your email address and brand choice to Brevo for a confirmation link. You are not subscribed until you confirm. Emails may include product news, feature updates, practical tips, and occasional offers from the brand you selected. MiicroApps, MiicroTrading, and MiicroWebs use separate lists; signing up to one does not subscribe you to the others. Brevo processes the address and subscription status; our audit records keep the brand, consent-copy version and time, approved site origin, provider outcome, and a keyed digest of the address—not the raw address. The address is not included in website analytics. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. Do not enter files, trade records, or other documents in this form.

A separate mm_vid cookie implementation with a 30-day maximum age appears in Growth Monitor Worker source that is not deployed or verified; whether that cookie is currently active is unconfirmed. Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics are separate services with their own data practices.

First-party event data uses event, app, route, platform, source, campaign, and surface labels—not document or file contents. Clearing browser storage does not remove event records already received by the server; server-side retention and deletion are handled separately, and their duration is not currently verified.

Your choices

You can clear browser storage for this website using your browser settings. If you previously authorized the retired Social Manager, you can revoke that authorization in the social platform's settings and contact us to request a review of any historical information.
